At VENDERBY'S, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items don't fit perfectly, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are in unworn and original condition.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
